NEW PATHWAY GRANT PROGRAM only truck companies can apply (not for individuals).

Grant streams

The grant program is made up of 2 streams:

Employment Pathway Grant

The Employment Pathway Grant supports the training and employment of Class 1 drivers. It enables employers to get reimbursed for driver onboarding, training and certain professional development costs for Class 1 drivers.

Industry Advancement Grant

The Industry Advancement Grant builds capacity in the commercial transportation industry to address challenges related to employment, attraction, retention and diversification of Class 1 drivers.

Program goals and benefits

By addressing key challenges such as employment, training and retention, this program aims to build a more sustainable workforce by:

increasing employment of new Class 1 drivers (with fewer than 2 years of experience)
improving training and transferability of skills for new and future drivers
expanding the pool of future Class 1 drivers and generating interest in the professional carrier industry
boosting driver retention through employer support and mentorship connecting new drivers with transportation industry jobs
providing industry-specific training for new and future drivers

Must be earning at least $1,200/ mo to be approved

We require the following documents: 1. Two most recent pay stubs 2. Last 90 days of banking information 3. 1 recent bill addressed to your current home 4. A piece of non-expired government photo ID

There are no upfront fees to apply for a Personal Loan.

$5,000 – $100,000 loans – One day process with 29%-46% interest fees depending on credit – Open Loans (NO penalties if paid before due date)

Anyone can apply for this LENDCARE loan, the interest variate between 9.5% to 29.9% depending of your credit, application pre- approval will be immediately, amount to apply is $7500 dollars payment will be sent directly to the driving school. There is not penalty if pay before the due date.
