REQUIREMENTS FOR ROAD TEST

? Vehicle Preparation for Your Road Test

Ensure your vehicle meets all safety requirements before your road test to avoid cancellations or additional fees.

Preparing your vehicle properly is essential for a successful road test. If the vehicle you provide is considered unsafe or poses a hazard, the driver examiner may cancel your road test, and any fees paid will be forfeited.

Before your test, make sure the following items are in proper working condition:

  1. Working brake lights
  2. Enough fuel for the full duration of the test
  3. Properly adjusted and clean mirrors
  4. Unobstructed and clean windshield
  5. Filled windshield washer fluid
  6. Working windshield wipers
  7. Responsive brakes
  8. Functional horn
  9. Valid vehicle registration
  10. Valid insurance documents
